How deletion works

    Send the request

    Click the button below and sign in with your registered mobile number, then tell us which app your data lives in and submit the form.

  2. 02

    We verify it's you

    We confirm ownership of the account — usually a reply from the registered email or a code to the registered phone. No verification, no deletion; that protects you.

  3. 03

    Deletion runs

    Personal data is erased or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days, including from backups on their next rotation cycle.

  4. 04

    You get written confirmation

    A completion notice lists what was deleted and what was retained under a legal obligation, with the specific statute named.

You'll be asked to sign in first, so we know which account to delete.
